JEFFERSON COUNTY — The mother of a toddler who was molested by a day-care teacher advised other parents Thursday to teach their children about "good and bad" touching.

Andrew W. Goodhart, 21, of Hillsboro, was convicted Wednesday in Jefferson County Circuit Court of first-degree statutory sodomy. The jury recommended a 12-year prison sentence.
