After being stymied by the Arnold City Council, opponents of red light traffic cameras are preparing to make their case to the state Legislature.
They’re also raising questions about the circumstances surrounding the passage of an ordinance authorizing the cameras by the City Council in 2005.
Two current councilmen, Matthew Hay and Jerel Poor, and a former councilman and mayoral candidate, Paul Vinson, are behind the effort to rid Arnold of red light cameras.
