KSDK -- Three men from across Jefferson County are facing federal child pornography and methamphetamine charges in separate cases, US Attorney Catherine Hanaway said Friday.
Kevin Neil Miller of Fenton was indicted February 26 on one felony count of possession of child pornography. The indictment alleges Miller, 37, had the images on his computer from April 25 to July 17 last year. If convicted, Miller faces up to ten years behind bars and/or fines up to $250,000.
