The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has created a new website that will help explain how the financial crisis unfolded and what the government is doing to fix the problem.
The site outlines events in financial markets since February 2007. It also includes links to news releases, filings by the Securities and Exchange Commission, congressional testimony, related St. Louis Fed articles and Federal Reserve economic data graphs.
In the coming months, new features will be added, including frequently asked questions, glossary of terms, an improved timeline, charts, graphs and update alerts.
