JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Missouri House members have voted to
require that lawmakers, judges and other state officeholders take drug
tests every two years.
Public officials would be required to take the drug test before they
take office and every two years after that. Refusing to take the test
would be an admission that the official had used a controlled substance
