The city of Arnold took another step toward what it hopes to be progress in the nearly five years of wrestling with the Foxwood Estates development.
Before the City Council considered an ordinance to approve a new preliminary plat for the subdivision, residents of Starlight Drive voiced concerns about the necessity of a retaining wall in the development during a public hearing.
Because a previous developer blasted away too much of a hill separating Starlight Drive residents from the Foxwood Estates subdivision, those living above the development on Starlight Drive fear for the status of their homes' foundations.
