In order that everyone can use this forum and be secure in the knowledge that they will be treated with respect there are just a few rules and terms of service.
1. All ideas are welcome, however they should be presented in a respectful manner. Spirited debate is a plus, namecalling will NOT be tolerated.
2 I reserve the right to delete posts, and to ban membership for repeated violations. This is a private forum and will be run as such. I will respect freedom of speech to a point. I will NOT delete posts because I disagree with an idea. I will however delete posts that are off topic, insulting for the sake of insulting, vulgar, or if I think they are even close to unlawful.
3. If I think a post is threatening or dangerous, it WILL be referred to proper authorities
4. My decisions are final! We can have some great discussions here, lets just act like adults and not third graders.
5. I understand that the City, on occasion, contacted Arnold Talk and tried to have certain posts removed. Be assured, that unless a post meets one of the criteria listed here, it will NOT be removed because some official is offended.
6. I reserve the right to alter, or add to, these rules at any time. I will consider any changes that may be suggested to me.
